Right of Cancellation

When you make a purchase directly via the Website, you have a 14-day right of cancellation calculated from the date you receive the product. If you want to exercise the right of cancellation you must notify us thereof before expiry of the time limit for exercising the right of cancellation. This right does not apply to custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces.

Please note that, in order to guarantee the acceptance of your return, the article tag (containing the item’s information and code ref), must not be removed.

Products must be returned in original packaging. We do not refund damaged products due to insufficient packaging. Please use another protective box to prevent damage during transport.

Return must be approved first.

The period during which you may exercise your right of cancellation starts on the day you receive the product. If the 14-day period expires on a holiday, 24 December (Christmas Eve) or 31 December (New Year’s Eve), the period is extended to expire on the following weekday, unless otherwise stated.

Example:
If the product is received on 1 June, the last day on which the right of cancellation may be exercised will be 15 June. The time limit has been observed if you send your notification on exercise of your right of cancellation before expiry of the time limit.

You may exercise your right of cancellation without stating any specific reason and by communicating your decision to us by ordinary letter or by email.

You may also use the below standard cancellation form if you want to cancel your purchase. We update the return form on an ongoing basis to ensure that it is always in accordance with applicable provisions.

Please kindly note we do not cover the cost of any return shipments and it is your responsibility to return the products to us safely. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and use a secure, trackable shipping method, that provides you with proof of sending as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back.

Once we have received the order back (within 14 days from date of delivery), it will be carefully inspected. Please note we have the right to refuse your return if the jewellery has not been returned in its original condition, if part of the packaging is missing (jewellery box and pouch) or if the products show any signs of wear.

Once your return has passed our quality checks, we will refund you the price you paid for your order, less any duties and taxes covered by us when your order was sent to you. The same method you used to make payment within 30 days will be used. We will not be liable for any fee charged by your bank or Þ nancial institution on this refund and we will not refund the shipping costs.
