AFTER SALE SERVICE GUARANTEE.

Anna Maccieri Rossi jewels are guaranteed 2 years from the date of purchase on presentation of the invoice. The Anna Maccieri Rossi guarantees only cover a manufacturing defect.

Any damage resulting from misuse will not be covered by the brand. In this case, an expertise will be made by the brand and will give rise to an estimate to be paid by the customer.

The purchaser must be in possession of the invoice or certiÞ cate of authenticity in the event of a claim under this warranty.

The repair of a jewel that is no longer under warranty will be charged to the customer.

For any warranty service related to jewelry, your item will be examined, if a manufactyring defect is found, we will replace it with a product of the same model or equivalent of equal value, based on the purchase price.

The warranty does not include aging, wear and alteration due for example to the use of perfume, as well as deterioration, breakage or loss resulting from accidental circumstances, the intervention of a third party, improper use or lack of maintenance.

Please note that repair times are a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks. Some parts can be changed immediately depending on availability.
